Spaces of the manor

Shared spaces

A manor that's alive

Nowy Dwór isn't a hotel – it's a home that you share with us for a few days. A living room with a fireplace and grand piano, a shared dining room, a garden with hammocks and a spot for a campfire – all these spaces create a unique atmosphere in which it's easy to forget the rush of everyday life.

Living Room and Dining Room

The living room is the perfect place for afternoon tea by the fireplace, an evening of Scrabble, or a moment with a book. Fast fibre-optic internet is available, so you can comfortably work remotely here.

The dining room brings all the guests together around one large table. When the weather allows, we move out to the porch or garden. In the evenings, our children sometimes push the table aside and dance.

Outdoors

Garden and Porch

A large garden with our own vegetables and fruit surrounds the manor on every side. Hammocks hung between old trees are the perfect spot for an afternoon nap with a book.

The south-facing porch is a favourite spot for morning coffee. In summer, breakfasts and dinners often end up here — to the sounds of nature and with a view of the park.

"The kitchen is seasonal, inspired by Polish and Mediterranean tradition. I use local produce bought from my neighbours – vegetables from our own garden, eggs from friendly hens, dairy from a small local creamery. The foundation of good food is fresh produce from a known source." — Marta
